7. Registration of participants
Registration will take place at the foyer of the Tobago Hilton starting from 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10. The delegates will receive their identification cards, which, for security reasons, will have to be shown at every meeting.
Delegations, observers, and special guests are also requested to direct their letter of credentials and any other correspondence relating to the meeting to the following address:
