5. Entry and Departure Requirements
All delegates are also responsible for ensuring that they meet the visa requirements of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago . Delegates/participants traveling on the passport of the Organization of American States, CARICOM member states, United States of America , and the United Kingdom are not required to have a visa for entry into Trinidad and Tobago . Nationals of all other countries are advised to check with the nearest Embassy of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago .
The Government of Trinidad and Tobago has reviewed the list of member states and observer countries of Trinidad and Tobago and has granted a special privilege for participants of the Conference. However, all delegates/participants must have a valid passport for entry into the country.
Departure tax is TT$100.00 (US$15.90) and is to be paid by all individuals leaving Trinidad and Tobago, except delegates/participants traveling on official/diplomatic passports.
