The Government of Trinidad and Tobago has made preliminary reservations for delegations at the hotels suggested below. Room reservations should be made directly with the hotel.
Participants need to make reservations at the Hilton using the on-line registration form so that the can be recorded as participants at the Meeting and get the Special Rates.

In view of the high demand for hotel rooms in Tobago , participants are advised to make their reservations as early as possible, directly with the hotel. When booking, please indicate your participation in the OAS IV Meeting of Ministers of Education.
All reservations, without exception, must be confirmed by July 31, 2005. After that date, the initial blocked off reservations will be released and the National Coordinating Office will assume no responsibility for reservations made at the designated hotels. Cancellation of reservations after that date will be subject to the current rules and practices of the international hotel industry.
